The Review

Counsel will lead law students through practical learning experiences, assisting with legal documentation and community service initiatives. Candidates should possess strong corporate/commercial legal skills and a commitment to supporting student development. Key Responsibilities:

- Guide student caseworkers in legal service delivery
- Assess and provide feedback on student work
- Maintain direct oversight of client legal files




- Engage in community outreach and legal education
- Develop curriculum to enhance student learning Requirements:
- Juris Doctor or LL.B. with Law Society of Ontario membership
- A minimum of three years of experience in corporate law
- Proficient in communication and qualified standards
- Teaching background and supervision experience preferred
