Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Roofer/Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. Duties

- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using various hand tools and equipment
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, measuring, and setting up scaffolding or ladders safely
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
- Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, plywood, and insulation to support roofing tasks
- Apply caulking or sealants to ensure watertight finishes on roofs and related structures
- Support carpentry tasks including framing or trimming as needed for roofing projects




- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly

Requirements

- Prior experience with construction or roofing projects is highly desirable
- Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, saws, and measuring devices
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Basic carpentry skills or handyman experience are a plus
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for waterproofing applications
- Robust attention to safety procedures and willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
