Job Summary

Join our agile team as a Roofing Service Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining and repairing residential and commercial roofing systems. As a Roofing Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting roofs, performing repairs, and ensuring the longevity and safety of roofing structures through skilled craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough inspections of roofing systems to identify damage or potential issues.
- Perform repairs including replacing shingles, flashing, and other roofing components using hand tools.
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to prevent leaks and improve weather resistance.
- Handle heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and properly disposing of debris.

Requirements





- Knowledge of caulking techniques and waterproofing methods.
- Prior experience in roofing, construction, or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail for quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - required for travel between job sites.
