Baycrest Terraces is located in the Retirement Home Residence complex serving approximately 200 seniors. The RPN will support the assessment and development of resident care plans, working with the multidisciplinary team and families to support resident transitions in care as well as health centre coverage as required.
Baycrest Terraces is connected to programs promoting brain health and wellness through engaging activities and services for residents.
