What You'll Do

As a Safety Advisor, you'll support multiple clients with audits, inspections, investigations, documentation, training, and reporting. You'll work independently, collaboratively, and always with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct worksite inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and hazard assessments
- Manage multiple client safety programs with clarity and detail
- Apply and interpret Alberta OHS legislation and COR/SECOR frameworks
- Track and document tasks by client in 15-minute intervals (time management is critical)
- Prepare and deliver safety meetings and training sessions (office and field staff)
- Lead or support incident investigations and WCB claims
- Maintain,



review, and develop OHS documentation (MS Word heavy)
- Participate in internal/external COR audits; serve as primary audit contact as needed
- Use and update contractor platforms: ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks
- Collaborate using tools like Safety and Computer Software

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

- NCSO,CRSP, CHSC, or OHS diploma strongly preferred
- 3–5 years of direct field experience in occupational health and safety
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and solid Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, time tracking, and multi-client task-switching
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing or contributing to COR audits, investigations, and compliance tracking
