Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to educate customers about our offerings
- Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure attractive product displays that encourage sales
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and transaction processing
- Upsell complementary products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options
- Maintain organized stock areas, monitor inventory levels, and assist with restocking as needed




- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience or technical sales background preferred, especially involving technology products
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Demonstrated ability in product demos, upselling, and merchandising strategies
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cash handling and POS operations
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of product benefits
- Experience in cashiering, basic math skills for transactions, and time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Customer service experience that highlights patience, empathy, and problem-solving capabilities
