Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Assist with merchandising efforts to maintain attractive product displays that capture customer interest
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Upsell related products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while meeting customer needs
- Manage time effectively to assist multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
- Maintain organized stock levels, perform inventory checks, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and tidy





Qualifications

- Previous retail sales in Liquor Store Industry will be preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for connecting with diverse customers
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers
- Familiarity with technology sales, product demos, and merchandising techniques is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stock, displays, and customer flow effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
