in partnership with the Store Leadership Ensure all front and back of house procedures are executed in accordance with company Policy & Procedures Duties require constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house. When not actively assisting guests, this position takes initiative to perform other tasks, as needed, to keep store clean, safe, inviting and operating efficiently. SALES ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store Ability to stand and move for an entire shift SALES ASSOCIATE SCHEDULE Full time non-exempt associates are expected to have open availability, 7 days a week, between 32 - 40 hours.
