Seasonal Sales Associate – Agricultural Seed Sales

Location: Eston / Elrose, SK Area

Are you self-driven, passionate about agriculture, and focused on helping local farmers succeed? We are seeking a results-oriented Seasonal Sales Associate to connect growers in the Eston/Elrose area with industry-leading corn and canola seed.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain direct relationships with local grain farmers to understand their cropping plans and seed needs.

Promote and sell high-performing canola and corn seed tailored to local soil and growing conditions.

Provide exceptional, producer-first service to ensure growers get the best agronomic options for their farm’s success.

What We’re Looking For

Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales (agricultural sales experience is a robust asset).

Self-Driven Mindset: High initiative, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Farmer-First Attitude: A genuine commitment to doing what’s best for the customer's bottom line.

Agriculture knowledge:



Necessary to evaluate insect and weed control

Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle: Required for local travel to farm sites.

iPhone: Required to contact growers and gather signatures
