Solve Roofing | Remote — Vancouver Island Preferred

Solve Roofing is growing, and we're looking for driven, competitive, and coachable Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) / Appointment Setters to join our team.

This is a work-from-home sales role where you'll connect with homeowners, qualify opportunities, and book appointments for our roofing consultants.

You don't need years of sales experience. We can teach you the process. What we're looking for is someone who is hungry to improve, comfortable talking to people, and willing to put in the work.

? What You'll Do

- Make inbound calls to homeowners and potential customers
- Speak with homeowners and identify potential roofing opportunities
- Qualify leads based on our sales criteria
- Book qualified appointments directly onto our sales team's calendars
- Follow up with leads through phone and text
- Keep your CRM organized and up to date
- Track daily activity and performance
- Work closely with our sales team and management
- Continuously improve your communication and appointment-setting skills

We prefer candidates located on Vancouver Island, as that's where a significant portion of our operations and customer base is located.
