About the Role

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Sales & Reporting Coordinator to manage sales and inventory reporting A big part of this role involves collecting sales information, following up with partners, keeping reports accurate and up to date, and helping our team understand how products are performing.

You don’t need to be a data expert, but you should be comfortable with Excel, numbers, communicating with customers and partners, and staying on top of deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and organize monthly sales and inventory reports
- Follow up with partners by email and phone to obtain missing information
- Review reports for accuracy and identify missing or unusual information
- Track sales performance and identify basic trends
- Prepare and maintain regular sales, inventory, and performance reports
- Assist with invoicing, reconciliations, and credit notes when required
- Keep internal reports and records accurate and organized
- improve Excel templates and reporting processes
- Work with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other internal teams

What We’re Looking For

- Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Excel,



including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data organization
- Comfortable working with sales, inventory, and numerical information
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable calling and emailing partners to follow up
- Organized and able to manage recurring monthly deadlines
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Previous experience with sales, retail, inventory, reporting, or administration is an asset

Experience 1–3 years of experience in sales support, reporting, administration, retail operations, or a similar role preferred.
