Sales Representative – Canadian Grocery Chains

We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Sales Representative with established relationships within the Canadian grocery and retail industry to help us expand our presence with major grocery chains.

This is an ideal opportunity for an independent sales professional who already works with, or has relationships with, retailers such as Loblaws, Sobeys, Longo’s, Rabba Fine Foods, Metro, Walmart, Costco, or other regional and independent grocery groups.

The Opportunity

This is a commission-only, adaptable sales position designed to work alongside your existing freelance sales activities or other complementary product lines.

You will be responsible for introducing our products to prospective retail customers, developing opportunities, and helping move products through the buying and listing process.

There is no requirement to work exclusively with us, making this a strong opportunity for an established sales representative looking to add another product line to their portfolio.

What We're Looking For

- Proven sales experience in the Canadian grocery, food, CPG, or retail sector
- Existing relationships with grocery buyers, category managers, distributors, or retail decision-makers
- Experience working with chains such as Loblaws, Sobeys, Longo’s, Rabba, Metro, Walmart, Costco, or similar retailers
- Understanding of how products are introduced, presented, listed, and sold through major Canadian retailers
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently




- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities
- Existing freelance sales representatives are strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new retail sales opportunities
- Introduce our products to relevant buyers and decision-makers
- Arrange product presentations and buyer meetings
- Manage the sales process from initial introduction through to listing/order
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail accounts
- Provide market feedback and identify new opportunities
- Represent the company professionally within the Canadian retail marketplace

Compensation Commission only – no salary or hourly component.

You will earn commission on sales generated through your efforts, with the opportunity to build an ongoing revenue stream as accounts grow.

The role can be structured around your existing sales business, clients, and product lines, provided there is no direct conflict of interest.
