Join Science World as a Donor Engagement Manager, focusing on annual giving and relationship-building. Design fundraising strategies that invigorate community support for STEAM initiatives. In this full time position, you will report to the Director, Major Gifts.

Your role is pivotal in enhancing donor engagement through various channels such as monthly donations and e-appeals. You will leverage your experience in identifying prospects and cultivating relationships to achieve fundraising goals alongside the Development team. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute strategic annual giving plans to boost donor revenue
- Collaborate on donor identification and cultivation strategies
- Supervise the Database Specialist for accurate donation tracking




- Create and implement donor communication strategies
- Engage in donor appreciation and stewardship events Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of fundraising experience
- Ability to secure gifts through various channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities related to financial reporting
