We’re hiring a Seasonal Front Desk Coordinator for our Danforth location.

Seasonal Position Till December 31st 2026

Schedule:

- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00AM - 5:00 PM
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts is a bonus

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual, and mature
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Confident multitasking and handling customers
- Positive, energetic, and professional
- Flexible to help cover shifts when needed
- Comfortable with sales and leadership responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

- Opening/closing the store
- Booking appointments and assisting clients
- Answering calls, emails, and messages
- Handling cash and deposits
- Cleaning and maintaining the spa
- Inventory and stock organization
- Creating at least 1 Social media reel per shift
- Supporting staff coordination and daily operations

Requirements:

- Robust English communication skills
- Comfortable using Mac computers and social media




- Organized, trustworthy, and independent
- Able to work under pressure and learn quickly
- Customer service and sales confidence required
- Mangomint.com system experience is an asset
