The selected associates will be responsible for assessing, measuring, and enhancing the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls across the organization.
The role will focus on identifying control gaps, evaluating risk exposure, validating compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements, and providing actionable recommendations to strengthen the organization's cybersecurity posture and control workplace.
A key responsibility will also include Metrics, Reporting, and Continuous Monitoring, with a focus on KRIs and KPIs to measure control effectiveness.
This includes supporting Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM), developing dashboards and reports for leadership reviews, audits, and regulatory compliance, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
