Support the account management team across key clients

Motivate the agency team around client business goals and act as a client advocate

Lead day-to-day project delivery and alignment across teams and stakeholders

Prepare client presentations, scopes, and project plans

Run WIP meetings, set timelines, and ensure expectations are clear and met

Oversee workstreams, identify risks, and manage timelines and budgets

Apply and champion agency processes to drive creative quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance

Challenge briefs and review creative work against client objectives, expectations, and brand standards

Provide explicit, actionable feedback

Build and grow client relationships across projects and portfolios

Identify opportunities to expand services and activate agency capabilities for client needs

Requirements At least 3-4 years of advertising agency experience in an Account Management role

Ideally, strong integrated experience

Curiosity and willingness to learn and be exposed to different agency capabilities

Self-starter mindset and problem-solving ability

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards

Drive to learn and develop alongside the business and team
