BinSentry is seeking a Senior Accountant who thrives in an agile environment and is passionate about building scalable processes. who is ready to take ownership of key accounting functions and make an impact.

Accounts & Allocations: Oversee complex general ledger accounts including deferred revenue, inventory, and COGS. Month-End Close: Preparation of journal entries,



account reconciliations, and variance analysis.

Audit Management: Liase with external auditors, providing audit requests and supporting schedules to ensure a smooth and productive audit process.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy as the company scales. Accelerate the month-end close cycle, ensuring clean, accurate reconciliations and financial statements are completed predictably each month. Optimize and document core accounting processes—to build scalable internal controls and processes as BinSentry grows.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ~3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience. ~ CPA designation (or in progress). ~ Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) Gain direct exposure to senior Finance leadership and cross-functional teams. We use artificial intelligence tools to support parts of our recruitment process, such as screening or assessing applications.
