- Identify engagement risks, anticipate issues, and work with managers and partners to develop thoughtful solutions
- Coach, mentor, and support junior team members by providing clear guidance, review notes, and actionable feedback
- Build trusted client relationships and act as a reliable day-to-day point of contact throughout engagements
- Coordinate multiple engagements while balancing priorities, deadlines, and quality standards
- Collaborate with colleagues across client service teams on complex accounting, assurance, and reporting matters
- Look for opportunities to add value for clients and contribute to relationship-building and business development initiatives
- Support team and firm-wide initiatives related to quality, process improvement, and professional development

- Confidence using Microsoft Excel and accounting or audit software
- Ability to manage engagement responsibilities and prioritize competing deadlines
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong analytical thinking and a practical approach to problem-solving
- Explicit, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A relationship-focused approach with clients, colleagues, and junior team members
- Interest or experience in mentoring, coaching,
or reviewing the work of junior staff
- A strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality, learning, and continuous improvement
