Insight Global is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a leading public accounting and advisory firm. This individual will support a portfolio of private and mid-market clients by conducting audit and review engagements, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and providing trusted advisory services. The ideal candidate is a CPA with public accounting experience who enjoys building client relationships while mentoring junior team members.

Conduct audit and review engagements for a variety of clients

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements

Evaluate audit evidence and assess account balances, revenues, expenses, and assets

Review and investigate discrepancies within financial records and reports

Perform client walkthroughs related to AP, AR, payroll, and fixed assets

Prepare working papers, reports,



presentations, and client deliverables

Establish and maintain charts of accounts and journal entries

Build relationships with clients while supporting and mentoring junior staff

Assist with inventory counts and support new client onboarding

Participate in business development and identify opportunities for additional services

Required Skills & Experience

2-4+ years of public accounting experience

Experience performing audit and review engagements

Robust understanding of GAAP and IFRS

Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements

Experience with accounting and tax software

Strong communication and client-facing skills
