As a Senior Assistant, you'll collaborate with the Housing Maintenance staff to ensure that residential units receive top-notch maintenance and support.

- Conduct pre-trip and post-use inspections on vehicles and equipment
- Perform maintenance and service checks on machinery and tools




- Evaluate tenant maintenance requests and report issues to supervisors

- Maintain inventory and request supplies as needed Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
