The Business Systems Analyst partners with Product Management, Agile teams, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. The role translates business objectives into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and system documentation that support efficient Agile delivery. Working closely with product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and SMEs, the analyst ensures requirements are well‑defined, traceable, and aligned with business goals and compliance standards.

The role translates business objectives into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and system documentation that support effective Agile delivery.

Working closely with product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and SMEs, the analyst ensures requirements are well‑defined, traceable, and aligned with business goals and compliance standards.

Elicit, analyze, validate, and document functional and non‑functional requirements.

Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical documentation for Agile teams.

Perform impact analysis, dependency assessment, and requirements traceability.

Map business data elements to backend systems and support data validation activities.

Collaborate with business, product, engineering, architecture,



and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, UAT, release readiness, and post‑release validation.

Develop and maintain business and system documentation while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Skill Requirements Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

3-5 years of Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Product Delivery experience.

Experience in Agile environments; healthcare domain experience preferred.
