As an LLQP (Life Licence Qualification Program) licensed Senior Facilitator Onboarding, Advisor and Leader Enablement, you will be responsible for the effective transfer of knowledge to new and existing Insurance Advisors through onboarding. You will lead with a Client First mindset, are committed to creating a positive client experience and are comfortable with the principles of adult learning. Ensure graduated Learners have a Client First mindset, behavioral and technical skills and confidence to be successful in their role.
