The Position

We are currently seeking a Senior Field Technician - Supervisor - Home Services to join our team! The successful applicant will be responsible for primarily home services projects throughout our operating areas, including Langley and Surrey and beyond. This is a hands-on leadership role in the field.

The Ideal Candidate:

While you might come from another home services organization, candidates from industries such as restoration, roofing, commercial cleaning/pressure washing, landscaping or irrigation, painting, building/facilities maintenance, pest control and other field-service or construction environments are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate is someone who has previously:

- Managed multiple projects
- Led or supervised field crews and trained junior employees
- Worked independently without needing constant direction
- Diagnosed problems and made good decisions when jobs don’t go according to plan




- Communicated professionally with customers and coworkers
- Taken responsibility for job quality from arrival through completion
- Worked safely around vehicles, ladders, equipment and customer property
- Demonstrated excellent attendance and reliability
- Driven company/commercial vehicles professionally

Qualifications:

- At least 3 to 5 years' experience and technical knowledge of pressure washing OR experience in one of the industries listed above at the supervisory level
- Experience leading crews, projects, and interacting with key stakeholders in a professionally and proactively
- Motivated, driven, and flexible in your approach to day-to-day operations
- Well-developed work ethic and uncompromising reliability - your word is your bond
- Comfortable with moderate heights
- Valid BC driver license
- Availability for some Saturdays
- Flexible attitude with regard to performing duties for other parts of our business
- Desire to learn about our business
- You MUST be comfortable working on and around extension ladders (24 ft & 32 ft)
