JUST HR is recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner to support a growing industrial operation. This newly created role is designed to bring dedicated HR leadership directly to the site operations, providing hands-on support to operational leadership and employees rather than managing people matters remotely. The successful candidate will help strengthen workplace culture, support operational growth, and build trusted relationships across a diverse workforce in a highly operational environment.

This role is ideal for someone who brings practical HR experience, sound judgment, and credibility in industrial, construction, or project-based settings. Act as the primary on-site HR resource for employees and leaders across multiple operational groups Build trusted relationships with employees, supervisors, and leadership teams Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, workplace conflict, conduct issues, and terminations Support a positive, accountable,



and respectful workplace culture Support onboarding and consistent HR practices across the site Strengthen relationships with local Indigenous communities and support Indigenous employment initiatives Act as a culturally aware liaison between operations and community stakeholders Ensure HR policies and employment practices are applied consistently across the operation Provide ongoing communication and updates to senior HR leadership while operating independently on day-to-day site matters 5+ years of progressive HR experience in industrial, construction, resource, or heavy operations environments ~ Proven experience handling employee relations, recruitment, and workforce planning ~ Comfortable working in direct, operational, and technical workplace cultures ~ Understanding of Indigenous community engagement and culturally respectful workplace practices ~ Solid judgment and ability to balance business needs with employee support ~ CPHR designation or related education is considered an asset Permanent, full-time opportunity
