SUN Bank Toronto Branch and play a key role in shaping the HR function of a growing international financial institution in Canada. This is a unique opportunity to build and enhance HR practices within a federally regulated banking environment while working closely with local leadership and our Taiwan Head Office. Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and background screening processes.

Support employee relations, HR policies, leave administration, and workplace compliance. Partner with Payroll and our vendor to ensure accurate payroll-related HR processes and statutory requirements. Maintain HR records, reporting, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.

Drive continuous improvement of HR programs, processes, and employee experience initiatives. 5+ years of progressive HR experience,



including broad HR generalist responsibilities. ~ Strong experience in employee advantages administration and HR operations. ~ Familiarity with Canadian employment legislation and HR best practices. ~ Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred). ~ CHRL is an asset. ~ English proficiency required; Mandarin is an asset.
