Senior CNC Manufacturing Engineer Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time Extrusion Die and Mold Machining CNC programming for both milling and turning Experience working with machine controls such as FANUC, Mitsubishi, and Heidenhain Strong practical knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and manufacturing techniques Test and develop cutting tools, machining techniques, and manufacturing methods , with a primary focus on milling applications both before and after heat treatment Develop and optimize CNC machine macro programs , with a focus on automation and process efficiency Develop machine shop applications and automation solutions in collaboration with the IT team Guide and support the CAM development team Identify, troubleshoot,



and resolve day-to-day technical issues within the machine shop Support continuous improvement initiatives related to machining processes, productivity, quality, and automation Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to other team members as required Travel internationally for short-term assignments as required Skills and Qualities Solid fundamentals in mathematics, physics, mechanical engineering, and machining principles are essential. Proactive and creative in solving manufacturing challenges Decisive and capable of taking ownership of technical issues Collaborative and comfortable working across Engineering, Manufacturing, CAM, and IT teams Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
