Senior Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent initiatives within a complex HR portfolio

Our large enterprise client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent initiatives within a complex HR portfolio. The successful candidate will be aseasoned project leader delivering HR transformation and technology-enabled initiatives within a large, complex enterprise environment.

Contract duration: 1-year initial contract, with potential for extension

Work model: Remote, working within MST hours

Must-Haves:

- 8+ years of business project management experience, within large, complex enterprise environments
- Recent experience leading and delivering HR-related project initiatives,ideally involving HR transformation, process improvement, HR technology, or HR-focused enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of ERP environments such as SAP and PeopleSoft
- Experience working with technology-enabled financial solutions, with a practical understanding of accounting principles gained through education and/or hands-on experience
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects concurrently with competing priorities and complex stakeholder groups
- Experience working in environments with significant cross-functional dependencies and organizational change
