Take on a pivotal role as a Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager at Quadra, located in Burlington or Vaudreuil-Dorion, with required office presence three days a week. Lead compliance initiatives across pharmaceutical, food, and chemical sectors.
This full time position requires a strategic leader to guide the Regulatory Affairs team in ensuring that all products meet stringent regulatory standards. You will directly impact project success and customer satisfaction through collaboration with commercial and technical teams. Your leadership will help integrate compliance with business objectives for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage a team of Regulatory Affairs Specialists • Set priorities for regulatory compliance activities • Implement process improvements across the department • Guide new product compliance with current regulations • Monitor CEPA and TSCA compliance for product safety
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field • Minimum 10 years' experience in regulatory roles • Strong background in CEPA and TSCA compliance • Proven ability to develop high-performing teams • Bilingual in French and English is required for some roles
