Senior Software Developer – SAP S/4HANA Finance

We are seeking a Senior SAP Software Developer to support and enhance enterprise SAP Finance solutions while contributing to an ECC to S/4HANA migration and the continued adoption of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).

This role combines deep ABAP development expertise with modern SAP cloud, integration and extension technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and enhance ABAP solutions across SAP Finance and Payroll, including FI, CO, AP, AR and MM.
- Support ECC to S/4HANA migration, including legacy code refactoring and adaptation to new data models.
- Develop solutions using SAP BTP and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- Build and support solutions utilizing CAP, RAP, Fiori/UI5, CDS views and OData services.
- Support SAP Integration Suite and integrations between SAP and external platforms, including ECC and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, integrations and data flows.
- Develop side-by-side extensions and automation while supporting clean-core principles.
- Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.





Required Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, including reports, enhancements, interfaces and forms.
- Strong SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance knowledge.
- Proven experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
- Hands-on SAP BTP experience, including application development, extensions and integration services.
- Experience with Fiori/UI5, CDS views and OData services.
- Understanding of clean-core architecture and BTP extension patterns.
- Hands-on SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) experience, including data integration, modelling, governance and analytics enablement.
- Experience with performance tuning, debugging and integration monitoring.
- Robust understanding of SAP development lifecycle, transport management and version control.
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to Have
- SAP Concur or SWIFT integration experience.
- SAP SuccessFactors integration experience.
- Agile and DevOps exposure.
- Financial services or wealth management experience.
