We are currently hiring for:

SERVERS

Our servers are the face of Alva and play an essential role in creating an exceptional dining experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave.

We’re looking for:

- Previous serving experience; upscale/fine dining experience is an asset
- Strong knowledge and interest in food, wine, cocktails, and hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful service
- Confidence in making food and beverage recommendations
- Strong attention to detail




- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
