We’re a high-energy, rapidly growing automotive shop known for our custom builds, quality repairs, exceptional fleet maintenance, and performance upgrades. We’re looking for a Service Advisor who can be the friendly, organized, and knowledgeable connection between our crew and our customers.

What You’ll Do

- Be the first point of contact—welcome customers and assess their vehicle service needs
- Create clear and accurate work orders that keep everyone on the same page
- Explain recommended services and repairs with confidence and clarity
- Provide estimates, get approvals, and keep customers in the loop throughout the process
- Schedule appointments, manage shop workflow, and keep things moving
- Work closely with our techs to ensure timely, quality repairs
- Handle invoicing and payments with attention to detail




- Keep customer records updated and organized in our shop management system
- Tackle customer questions or concerns with professionalism and care

What You Bring to the Table:
- Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair terminology
- Top-notch communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer is a bonus—but not a must
- Comfortable using, computers, tablets & shop management software
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- A cool head and positive attitude in a fast-paced workplace
