Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Clearly explain repair procedures, estimates, and recommended services to customers in an engaging manner
- Coordinate with technicians and mechanics to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work
- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on mechanical assessments and customer needs to enhance vehicle performance and safety
- Manage cash handling processes accurately during payments and invoicing procedures
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders,



and vehicle histories for seamless follow-up
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

Skills

- Proven dealership experience with a robust understanding of automotive sales and service processes
- Mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or technical training to effectively communicate repair options
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle inquiries professionally
- Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining transparency and trust with customers
- Familiarity with automotive repair procedures, parts, and maintenance schedules
- Strong cash handling skills ensuring accuracy during transactions
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively between customers and technicians
