We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Calgary office who has experience with managing the parts for trucks and trailers.

We are looking for a candidate with previous work experience and strong work ethics.

Job Duties

Manage and track truck and trailer parts stock levels

Order recent inventory as needed and transfer invoices to the accounts department

Help in the daily planning of repair and maintenance work schedules

Enter repair and maintenance work into the company's database

Ensure timely service of company equipment, upholding truck and trailer compliance

Coordinate with the safety department to notify drivers of services due

Valid G license to pick up parts from dealerships as needed

Ability to pick up and organize common parts within the shop.

Handle other shop-related tasks as they arise

Requirements

Minimum one-year experience as parts clerk/coordinator

Hard worker with a positive attitude

Good verbal and written communication skills

Willing to work extended hours and on weekends

Valid G class license

Preferred post-secondary education
