As a Route Service Supervisor youâll lead and work alongside a team of Route Service Representatives who service a diverse portfolio of customers each day, from small family-owned businesses to large corporate locations. This is an entry-level supervisor opportunity designed for career-minded individuals eager to grow, develop leadership skills, and advance within a reliable, customer-focused organization.
Provide route coverage during Route Service Representative absences (e.g., illness or vacation), offering hands-on support while assessing performance and customer satisfaction and loyalty. Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner Negotiate customer contract renewals Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members Collaborate closely with leadership and management to deliver best-in-class customer service and product programs Support the training and development of a team of Route Service Representatives High school diploma or CAEC is required.
Strong Customer Service Skills: Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset and providing excellent customer service. A hands-on,
relationship-focused supervisor who isnât afraid to roll up their sleeves to support the team and, most importantly, the customer.
Team Development & Coaching: Enjoys working closely with a team of Route Service Representatives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as they grow in their roles. Prior leadership, customer service, route sales, delivery, and/or entrepreneurial experience preferred. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using and learning new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience.
