Reporting directly to the Food Services Manager, you will be responsible for kitchen maintenance, waste management, dishwashing, and supporting current staff training. - Ensure cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes
- Organize storerooms and manage waste disposal
- Assist in training new Kitchen Attendants
- Perform additional duties as needed Requirements:
- Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent
- Food Safe Level 1 Certificate preferred
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Must be able to lift weights over 30 LBS
