Responsibilities

- Cook shawarma meat on the rotisserie, maintaining optimal temperature and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and setting up cooking stations
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety protocols at all times
- Serve customers efficiently at the counter or line station, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards
- Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels to ensure smooth kitchen operations
