Covenant Health in La Crete, Alberta is seeking a Transition Graduate Nurse (TGN) for the La Crete Community Health Centre. You will be supervised by a Clinical Guide and provide holistic care across the lifespan, with a plan to progress to independent RN/RPN practice. The role is a regulated, supernumerary GNTPP position with an initial 1.00 FTE and shift rotation including days, nights and weekends. RCIF eligibility and a Northern Allowance apply.
