Description:

Milltech Millwork is currently hiring labourers to assist in our main shop and on site to move materials and finished goods in the shop and to sites, fabricate shipping containers and pallets, load goods and materials, assist cabinetmakers and clean and organize on site.

General scope of work will include, but not limited to:

- Transport raw materials, finished products and equipment
- Sort, pack, crate and package materials and products
- Assist machine operators, assemblers and other workers
- Clean work areas and equipment
- Perform other labouring and elemental activities

Work Site Conditions:

- Fast-paced environment

- Repetitive tasks
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs using proper lifting technique.
- Physical strength and stamina needed to lift and move goods repeatedly.

- Manual dexterity

- Attention to detail
- Hand-eye co-ordination

- Standing for extended periods
- Workplace: odours, dusty, hot

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
