About the Role

We're an event décor and rental company based in London, providing linens, tents, and event styling for weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations. We're looking for 4 hands-on, reliable team members to join our warehouse team. This is a varied, active role — no two days look the same. You'll help manage inventory, prep and deliver equipment, set up and style event spaces (including tents and décor), and represent our company professionally with clients on-site.

This role suits someone who is organized, physically active, detail-oriented, and enjoys working as part of a team both in the warehouse and out at live events.

Key ResponsibilitiesLinen & Inventory Management

- Receive, sort, count, and organize linens, décor items, and event equipment
- Inspect linens for damage or staining; flag items for laundering or repair
- Maintain accurate inventory records (stock in/out, damaged items, low stock alerts)
- Fold, package, and label linens/items for upcoming events

Cleaning & Maintenance
- Launder, steam, and press linens to company quality standards
- Clean and maintain tents, tables, chairs, and other rental equipment after each event
- Keep the warehouse organized, tidy, and safety-compliant

Delivery & Loading
- Load and unload delivery vans/trucks safely and efficiently
- Deliver and collect equipment to/from event venues on schedule
- Check delivered items against order sheets to ensure accuracy

Decorating & Styling




- Assist with styling event spaces per client specifications (linens, centerpieces, drapery, lighting accents, etc.)
- Follow mood boards/instructions from event coordinators
- Make on-the-spot adjustments to ensure the space looks polished and client-ready

Customer Service
- Greet and communicate professionally with clients and venue staff in office
- Address basic client questions or concerns during setup/delivery
- Represent the company's brand and professionalism at all times
- Escalate any issues to management promptly

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in warehouse, events, hospitality, or a physically active role (preferred, not required)
- Comfortable with physical labor — lifting, standing, bending, and working on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work event days (which may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Friendly, professional attitude when interacting with clients
- Valid driver's license a plus (for delivery duties)
- Attention to detail and pride in a job well done
