Landform Inc. is a landscape construction company established in 2003 that services Calgary and the surrounding area. We offer Landscape Construction and Landscape Maintenance during spring-fall, and Snow Removal services in the winter. The Shop Hand is responsible for cleaning of assigned facilities and some minor repairs. If you are a hardworking, proactive problem solver, we have a perfect job for you! We are looking for a Shop Hand to help keep our facilities tidy and functional by assuming responsibility for repairs and cleaning.

Shop Hand Duties and Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

- Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, Shop clean up, emptying garbage, and parts organization.
- Perform minor repairs to small engines and general PM work.
- Do yard upkeep by mowing the lawn, collecting trash etc.
- Maintain, service, clean and properly store equipment.
- Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire extinguishers).
- Participate in different projects (e.g. renovations).
- Report to the maintenance manager for issues.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Perform other related duties and activities as required.




- Pick up and delivery of parts.

Shop Hand Qualifications and Requirements

- Mechanical aptitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina.
- Be able to lift fifty pounds.
- Punctuality.
- Clean drivers abstract.
- Dexterity with hand tools.
