Residential Renovator The HandyForce | $25–$30/hour | Full-Time The HandyForce is looking for a skilled and reliable Residential Renovator to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working on a variety of residential renovation and repair projects.

What You'll Do

- Complete residential renovation, repair, and maintenance projects
- Perform drywall installation, taping, mudding, sanding, and repairs
- Complete framing, trim, baseboards, doors, and other carpentry work
- Install flooring, including laminate, vinyl, and other residential flooring products
- Perform painting and general finishing work
- Complete minor plumbing and electrical-related tasks when qualified
- Kitchen and bathroom renovations
- Building fences and decks
- Read and follow project instructions and scope of work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Identify issues on-site and communicate potential problems before proceedingWhat We're Looking For
- 2+ years of residential renovation or handyman experience
- Strong knowledge of common residential construction and renovation practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good problem-solving skills




- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to job sites
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to safely use common hand and power tools

Qualifications

Experience in several of the following areas is an asset:

- Drywall and drywall finishing
- Framing and carpentry
- Flooring installation
- Painting
- Trim and finish carpentry
- Doors and hardware
- Kitchen and bathroom renovations
- General home repairs

A valid driver's licence is Requried.

Compensation

$25–$30 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
