Snow Removal Crew Lead

Wage: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour depending on experience,

Temporary Full-Time (Seasonal) Potential for Permanent Employment Based on Performance

At Western Landscape, we take pride in delivering high-quality lawn care and snow removal services throughout St Albert, Edmonton and surrounding areas. We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our growing team.

As a Snow Removal Crew Lead you will work closely with the Operations Manager and Lead hands to help complete seasonal cleanups at commercial properties and snow removal services. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Snow Removal Crew Lead

- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Operating equipment such as backpack blowers, snow blower
- Safely operate company vehicle and complete snow removal routes
- Delegate tasks to crew members

Qualifications:
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required without any restrictions or infringements
- Must have access to a reliable personal vehicle to get to and from work.
- Reliable transportation to and from work




- 1–2 years of snow removal experience considered an asset
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Commitment to workplace health and safety

- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays and Sundays as required
