The Rosedale OSSD Global School Network currently has 95+ partner schools across 17 countries.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to manage our digital presence across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube. In this role, you will champion our brand voice, showcase our global school network community, and create engaging educational content that resonates with students, parents, and partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Produce engaging, brand-aligned graphics, text captions, and short or long-form video content tailored for LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube.
- Community Engagement: Monitor channels daily to respond to comments, answer inquiries, and foster positive community interaction. Publish monthly e-newsletter to our school network.




- Publishing & Scheduling: Maintain an organized content calendar and schedule posts to ensure a consistent publishing cadence.
- Video Management: Help optimize our YouTube channel by managing video uploads, creating thumbnails, and writing search-friendly descriptions.
- Reporting: Track basic engagement metrics and follower growth to help optimize our content strategy.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience managing personal or professional social media channels (LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube experience is required).
- Industry Savvy: A strong interest or background in the education sector is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with design tools like Canva, Capcut and other basic video editing tools.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a solid eye for detail and grammar.
- Availability: Ability to work on-site at our Markham head office one day per week (either Tuesday or Thursday).

Pay: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 7.0 – 8.0 per week
