Fantasy Hall of Fame | Paid internship | $1,000 CAD/month

Company Description

Fantasy Hall of Fame gives fantasy football leagues a home for their history, rivalries, championships, and questionable draft decisions. We connect leagues from Yahoo, ESPN, Sleeper, and CBS so friends can revisit past seasons, compare records, and keep the group chat arguments going.

With over 15,000 users, we want to scale our social media pages to reflect our growth.

We’re building more ways for leagues to stay connected through weekly newsletters, shared history, and features shaped by the fantasy community.

Role Description

We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Intern who knows fantasy football, spends plenty of time online, and has a feel for what makes people stop scrolling, laugh, and send something to their league chat.

You’ll make memes, record videos, react to football news, and turn everyday fantasy frustrations into content. Think terrible trade offers, Monday-night miracles, draft-day overconfidence, and the commissioner chasing down league dues.

This is a scrappy role. You should be comfortable filming on your phone, editing quickly, and trying ideas without waiting for a production crew or a detailed brief. You’ll work directly with the founder and have room to develop your own recurring formats and voice.

It’s a excellent fit for a student who has already created content for a personal account, club, business, or someone else’s page.

What You’ll Do

- Create memes, short videos, and posts for Instagram, TikTok, and X.
- Get in front of the camera for reactions, skits, product demos, and fantasy football commentary.
- Move quickly on relevant football news, trends,

and moments from the week’s games.
- Pitch recurring content series that people want to follow and share with their leagues.
- Show how Fantasy Hall of Fame works through entertaining, useful content.
- Engage with fans in comments and help build a recognizable personality for the brand.
- Track what gets watched, shared, saved, and discussed, then use those results to improve the next batch.
- Help maintain a steady publishing schedule while leaving room for timely ideas.

Qualifications

- Previous content creation experience is required. Your own account counts—we want to see what you’ve made.
- A strong interest in fantasy football and an understanding of the jokes, habits, and rivalries that come with it.
- Comfortable speaking on camera and letting your personality come through.
- Able to take an idea from concept to a finished post or video with minimal direction.
- Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar editing software.
- Good instincts for hooks, captions, pacing, and internet humour.
- Comfortable receiving feedback, trying new approaches, and moving on when an idea doesn’t land.
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow through on deadlines.

A large following or a specific degree isn’t required. Good examples of your work matter more.

Compensation

This is a paid internship at $1,000 CAD per month. Weekly hours, schedule, and internship duration will be agreed upon before the start date.

How to Apply

If you'd like to jump the queue, DM @fantasyhalloffame on Instagram with a short introduction and links to 1-2 pieces of content you’ve created. Tell us what you contributed to each one and include one content idea you’d want to make for Fantasy Hall of Fame.
