: Social Media Lead

DESIGNME is a qualified hair styling brand supported by stylists. We do not sell the night out, we sell the hour before it. We are looking for someone to own how we show up online: Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Strategy, content, reporting and all of it.

This is not a scheduling job. You decide what we post, why we post it, and what it is meant to do for the brand. You report directly to our Director of Communications and you get real say in the creative direction.

What we are looking for

- Two to three years minimum running social for a brand, an agency or a creator business.
- Native fluency in Instagram and TikTok, plus enough LinkedIn instinct to make a professional channel feel human.
- Chronically online in the useful sense. You can name three things trending this week and say which one is worth our time.
- You make content, not only brief it. Filming and editing on your phone will be a daily skill.
- Copywriting with a voice. Witty, confident and a little cheeky.

Nice to have: Corporate or brand side experience, beauty or fashion, TikTok Shop familiarity, English and French.

You can build the quarter's content strategy and then film the TikTok yourself the same afternoon because the trend will be over by Friday.
- Entrepreneurial spirit. You are comfortable with ambiguity and energised by building something rather than maintaining it. You would rather post, learn and adjust than wait for perfect.
- Calm under pressure. Launches, events, fast pace campaigns. You hold several priorities at once without dropping the calendar.
- Collaborative and transparent. You work closely with influencer, creative and marketing, you say early when something is not working, and you bring people with you instead of working in silo.
