Complete high-quality assessments that balance a child's needs, the risks involved and the support their family needs to keep going.



Build purposeful and trusting relationships with children, young people and their parents and carers. A recognised Social Work qualification and current Social Work England registration.

Post-qualifying experience within Children's Social Care, ideally with disabled children. A solid understanding of the interface between social care, health and education. Confidence working with complexity, risk and multi-agency partners.
