Inspired by the tradition of baths from ancient Roman, Greek, and Ottoman civilizations, the AIRE Experience always takes place in restored historical buildings in the center of globally acclaimed cities. But what truly brings this experience to life goes beyond walls and water — it's the people behind it.

Our culture is rooted in the ambition to achieve the extraordinary, excellence in every detail, diversity as a source of creativity, and a warm and generous spirit that inspires, connects, and evolves. Amidst the timeless charm of Toronto’s Fashion District, AIRE finds its home in a historic Edwardian Classicism building, once the office and warehouse of the Copp Clark publishing company. Built in 1912 and later designated a heritage site, its original wood structure and towering pillars remain, preserving the character of its storied past that once held the art of printing and now embraces the art of relaxation.

Honoring its literary and industrial past, the space is adorned with vintage books, printing presses which are subtle echoes of its history. AIRE Toronto offers a unique experience with a dry sauna and a Palestra, an indoor/outdoor bath area seamlessly connected to the interior through two jet baths, creating a tranquil escape where past and present merge in perfect harmony. As the Therapist Supervisor/Trainer, you will lead the therapist and spa team, promoting AIRE service excellence, encouraging continuous improvement,

skill development, and upholding company operational and people standards.

Supervise up to 20 team members (therapists and spa attendants) per shift to ensure smooth service delivery. Lead pre-shift meetings to share updates, motivate the team, and align on daily goals. Manage daily therapist schedules, handle last-minute changes, and track attendance and hours using the tablet system.

Conduct walk-throughs of treatment rooms to ensure they are clean, stocked, and ready for guests. Oversee service and break assignments, check time records, and ensure grooming standards are met. Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to support therapist growth and maintain service quality.

Hold one-on-one check-ins and help resolve team conflicts when needed. Assist with onboarding and training for new team members to ensure they understand AIRE standards. Monitor treatment room inventory and storage weekly and monthly.

Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols. Collaborate in recruitment processes and conduct technical tests for new candidates. Provide massage services to support daily operations when needed.

Train and onboard new RMTs and Non-RMT therapists on massage services in alignment with AIRE treatment protocols, techniques, and service standards.

Conduct hands‑on service trainings, demonstrations, and guided practice sessions to ensure consistency in service delivery and guest experience. Lead refresher trainings on massage techniques and service protocols to reinforce standards, address performance gaps, and support continuous skill development.

Observe therapist services and provide real‑time feedback and coaching to maintain quality and adherence to AIRE expectations. You are highly organized and operational, with a strong ability to manage day‑to‑day activities in a spa or wellness environment. You have a minimum of 2 years practicing relaxation massage professionally.

You enjoy scheduling, planning treatments, and making sure everything runs on time and to standard. You have at least 2 years of direct team leadership experience in spa, aesthetics, or wellness operations — not just overseeing, but actively managing, motivating, and developing your team. You bring a minimum of 2-3 years in the wellness, aesthetics, or hospitality industry.

You feel confident managing people and taking ownership of the guest and staff experience. Whether you come from a therapy, aesthetics, or spa management background, what sets you apart is your ability to coordinate, solve problems, and lead by example. You are proactive, hands‑on, and always ready to step in and support the team when needed.

Be part of a growing location and continue to help bring the AIRE experience to Toronto! Earn a competitive salary of $65,000–$70,000 per year. Full time health advantages.
