Overview

TLWC (Tira Lounge Salon & Medspa) is looking for an experienced, polished, and highly organized Spa Concierge & Salon Receptionist to join our team on-site.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing position requiring much more than simply answering the phone. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, booking appointments accurately, collecting client information, coordinating schedules, and creating an exceptional experience from the first phone call through checkout.

Previous salon, spa, medical spa, or beauty industry experience is required.

We are specifically looking for someone who is tech-savvy, types quickly and accurately, communicates confidently over the phone, and pays close attention to detail. You must be able to collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, service information, and appointment details without spelling mistakes or data-entry errors.

Duties

- Answer incoming calls, texts, and client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collect and accurately enter client information while speaking with clients over the phone.
- Book, reschedule, and confirm salon and spa appointments.
- Understand TLWC's salon and spa services well enough to guide clients toward the appropriate appointment.
- Manage multiple calendars and provider schedules efficiently.
- Respond to client inquiries quickly while maintaining a warm, professional tone.
- Check clients in and out and process payments.
- Maintain accurate client profiles, appointment notes, and contact information.
- Follow up with leads and clients regarding consultations and appointments.




- Communicate with hairstylists, aestheticians, injectors, and other team members to keep schedules running smoothly.
- Recommend relevant services and products when appropriate.
- Maintain a polished, welcoming, and organized reception area.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy or client experience.

Experience & Requirements

- Previous salon, spa, medical spa, or beauty industry experience is required.
- Previous reception, front desk, spa concierge, or client-service experience strongly preferred.
- Robust computer and technology skills are essential.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Excellent spelling and written communication.
- Ability to accurately capture client information while actively speaking on the phone.
- Confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner.
- Comfortable learning and working across booking software, CRM systems, email, text messaging, and other digital platforms.
- Strong attention to detail — small mistakes in names, contact information, bookings, and appointment details matter.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a busy environment with frequent calls, messages, clients, and competing priorities.
- Strong knowledge of salon and/or spa services.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to recommend services without being pushy.
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and comfortable working as part of an on-site team.
