We prioritize candidates who have held ground positions with us whenever possible. That said, we also warmly welcome external applicants.
Whether you're already part of the Chrono team or looking to join the adventure, we encourage you to submit your profile. A Typical Path to a First Officer Position Ideally, 1 year of ground experience before applying to Ground School. Simulator evaluation + interview with the Chief Pilot and HR team.
Three weeks of theoretical training in a group of about 10 people. Up to 3 months of in-aircraft training. Expect a 1 to 2 year timeframe before flying as a First Officer on a Pilatus PC-12. Our selection process is competitive, fair, and based on skills.
