Senior Operations Leader — HEAL Wellness From a couple of blenders and a dream to a national, founder-led wellness brand — HEAL is scaling fast, and we need the right leader to help us do it right. We're looking for a Senior Operations Leader to lead national operations across HEAL's corporate and franchised stores. This is a hands-on, close-to-the-business role for someone who can give new franchise partners a great first year, build the systems this network runs on, and understand the model intimately enough to maximize ROI for all stakeholders.

Leader – Canada GTA based (National Role, with travel across HEAL stores) TYPE: Full-time, Permanent We started with a couple blenders and a dream and have grown into a national wellness-focused food and beverage brand spanning coast to coast, serving açaí bowls, smoothies, and functional wellness offerings across 50+ locations in Canada, with a full new-store development pipeline for balance of 2026 and beyond. HEAL is proudly founder-led, with a hands-on, close-to-the-business approach. Our leadership team stays deeply connected to store operations, franchise partners, and on-the-ground execution.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we're continuing to build the systems, leadership, and operational discipline required to scale — while protecting the culture, energy, and community connection that got us here. We are hiring a Senior Operations Leader to lead national operations across HEAL's corporate and franchised locations. This is a senior leadership role accountable for consistent, high-quality execution of the brand across the network.

Building the systems the network runs on and executing against them consistently. Coaching, mentoring, and growing the people who bring it to life, starting with a outstanding first year for every new partner.



You will lead a growing team of Business Development Managers and Trainers and work directly with the founders and cross-functional leaders to execute HEAL's national growth strategy.

Oversee operational readiness for all current store openings, from planning through post-opening stabilization Act as a trusted operational partner to franchisees, building the relationship and the systems that help them succeed UNIT-LEVEL PROFITABILITY Own unit-level profitability across all stores — you know the P&L; inside and out, and you use it to actively optimize performance and ROI, not just report on it Analyze store-level performance data and turn insights into clear, actionable plans NATIONAL STANDARDS & CONSISTENT EXECUTION Set, maintain, and enforce operational standards, SOPs, and compliance systems across the network Ensure adherence to brand standards, food safety, and guest experience expectations nationwide Partner with founders and senior leadership on national operational strategy TEAM LEADERSHIP & FIELD Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of Business Development Managers across Canada Build scalable field team structures as the network grows Maintain a strong field presence and stay close to store-level execution Help prepare HEAL for continued national and international expansion You bring senior multi-unit operations experience and a track record of getting new locations — corporate or franchised — off to a strong start. 7+ years of multi-unit operations experience in the QSR or FSR sector Experience overseeing both corporate and franchised locations A strong track record supporting new franchisees and new store openings Proven leadership experience growing and managing regional or field-based teams Fluency in unit economics, labour models, and operational KPIs — the P&L; is second nature to you Comfortable holding standards while building trust Data-driven, but pragmatic Performance Bonus: annual bonus tied to operational and company KPIs Car Allowance: monthly vehicle allowance Benefits: health, dental, and wellness benefits available Growth Opportunity: long-term career growth within a rapidly expanding national brand #
